What can you do to improve?
First and foremost lose the watermark branding... This makes the image virtually useless for the model...
Agencies will not accept imagery which is branded... Besides the watermark does nothing for the narrative and is a serious distraction...

That said, have you considered studying the Development Board on the high end agencies in your market?
When you can meet and/or exceed the aforementioned imagery contained in their "New Faces" books you will have arrived...
Simply approach the agencies in your market with imagery which mirrors the imagery on their Development Boards and request to become a "Testing" photographer for them...

It is indeed an excellent way to gain traction in your market...
