So what are your "go to" choices for eye liner?
Powder, pencil, cake or liquid?

While I realize that for max drama liquid is likely the liner of choice however I typically do not have that many requests for a heavy full on glamour look.  So I'm interested in the entire spectrum of product with specific recommendations for each.

Also when using strips (i.e. band lashes) do you apply your talent's liner before or after the lashes?
I've had some varying feedback here and I'm interested in what other find works best for them...
And with what lash glue i.e. latex free, clear or black...
btw I've had mixed results with eye liner thus hoping for some tenured wisdom here...
