1991 was the year I started the great art of manual film retouching.
That basic knowledge is still even today a great background that helps with each retouching project.
Printing business is a great tradition...

You're mentioning "preserving skin texture", that's no issue at all - as long as there is skin texture in the original image.

I am proficient with converting images from one color space to another should that be required.
Many retouchers don't know how to handle that, unfortunately...
