I didn't know about it.  It was interesting to read even with it being a couple years old.

Deer collisions kill a lot of people more directly than this. 

I was relieved he wasn't shot by someone.

Camera Buff, thanks for your link to the 'old' story, it was new to me.  The storm photos were almost beyond belief and Dale Sharpe was evidently quite a wonderful person.  I suggest that you put the link with the photos back up.
