Anyone else getting these scam emails?
Anyone else getting flooded with these about once a day from different accounts? Hello I join a new team that is currently in need of a high spirited, active and good looking Models (Male and Female) for an upcoming Front Cover Magazine Shoots. This is a Shoot assignment to showcase or features different brands of trendy wares, simply clothing's. Date:- July 13th,14th and 15th Shoot Duration:- Multiple sessions for 2 hours only. Location:- Multiple Location Mostly within your metropolis Compensation:- $300 per hour, other benefits included This shoot does not contain any form of nudity Pls kindly contact Brain Jones with the email below for more details Brain Jones [email protected] Jun 27 22 12:56 pm Link It's a common Nigerian 419 "fake check" scam. They tend to target new members that may not know better. MM does everything possible to weed out the fake accounts that are known for these scams but some still get through the cracks. The best thing is NOT to reply to them At the top of your inbox there's a flag icon. Just flag it so the MM admin can boot their ass out of MM. The same account that sent you the message may also have several other accounts ready to send messages too, so basically when one gets booted, many others do too! Did you give it to them? Nobody legitimate needs your email right at the start! Never post it online or on MM, which is mostly visible to every scammer in the world.
