I can shoot the traditional styles....but love the extraordinary, the different, slightly odd, more poetic, photographic styles. I find the human landscape filled with endless possibilities and modes of expression and I enjoy the exploration.  I seek to capture what is on the edge, seeking a photographic expression that tempts the viewer to explore the photo, or at the very least go back for a second look. 

My specialty is portraiture and portfolio development for the aspiring model, actor, actress and musician.  Your image is one of your most valuable assets.  I consider photography a creative collaboration between the photographer and the model.  It is my goal to create an image of you that, as closely as possible, matches the image you want to present to the public.  I think it wise to give careful consideration to whom you might consider collaborating with.    My goal is to assist you in creating images that not only have visual appeal but truly reflect the spirit that is uniquely yours.

My "TF"  philosophy is: Shoots are never really free. My time is valuable, as is yours..........so we both need to be professional and considerate, prepared and on time.  I have had some models show up to shoots unprepared and with an attitude that they have nothing invested so what do they have to lose. REMEMBER, TF shoots have to benefit both parties. If confronted with an idea I am in no need of, I will still shoot it for you......and I would hope that you would extend to me the same courtesy. 

Pet Peeves: Badly manicured finger and toe nails, as well as wrinkled garments and wardrobe that just plain, doesn't fit. And most of all FORGETTING THINGS. Personally, I don't consider experience as important as the aforementioned. I can direct anyone but hate spending hours in photoshop painting nails.

And while working with a complete crew is any one's dream, I have no problem with individuals using their own skills such as make-up application and coordinating wardrobe as long as the end result works.
