I am Billy Bergner Photographer of Talent.
Owner of Hot Shots Photography Since 1986. I Started Hot Shots In San Diego California and
have photographed Models, Actors, Dancers, Entertainers & Athletes and pretty much everything else.
I feel my best work is Bikini, Lingerie, Commercial Headshots & Fashion. Shot on Location with NATURAL LIGHT.
I know how to work with New and Experienced Models.
I help with posses expressions and how to work with the camera. I do critique the whole shoot when going over the
images with the model. I do also make very important recommendations on which Photos to put in the Models Book,
and on the Zed Card.
I still use my Nikon 35mm and Love COLOR SLIDES.
I feel models MAIN PORTFOLIO Photos should be from FILM.
The Prints/Images should not be manipulated or retouched.
Models should be able to do their own Make-up and Hair.
Of course I have Digital which I use to replace my Old Polaroid Camera.
I can tell a DIGITAL shot in a second.
I don't like them.
The Skin Tones Are Not Natural.
The Colors and Shades do not look right.
I have seen the best Photoshop work
to try and correct these things but the most important
thing is the natural skin tone which I feel is Lost in Digital.
The Use of the Correct Film is a Key element on the perfect image.
