Now Published.  My latest work was on Real Housewives of NY.

It is my goal to capture emotional energies. I want to create a body of work that builds on the nature of the psyche. Emotions (eMOTIONs) create motion in a picture.  I look to go from extreme emotions to capture a moment in between states.  Emotions take time to travel thru the body, the photo can capture this.  This give a sense of weight, of momentum. We didnt capture the end of the journey, nor the beginning. As the viewers mind empathically connects to the photo, it travels the same path we took in making the photos. A true collaboration

I dont feel my work is typical because my background in Modern Dance. I have a B.A. in Dance and Art from Hunter College From my experience as a choreographer, dancer and lighting designer. I am also deeply into symbols and how they affect us.  As I progress I will allow the symbols into my work. Symbols have their own life.  Sometimes born in fire, burning thru a wall.  Sometimes dying in the form of rusted metal or broken stone.  I don't paint with light, that is for just the eye. I paint with shadow as well,  shadows moves across the body as my hands would. 

Photography is my dialogue with the world and the sharing my point of view with others. Collaborating with a model can bring new life to the art form. It points to truth.
