With a background in exercise physiology, I am intrigued by the strength and coordination it takes to perform fitness poses. Using proper biomechanics are essential when portraying certain sports.

Right now my sport of choice is distance running but I have also taught tennis, golf, yoga and pilates. For the Summer of 2013 I have been running about 12-16 miles per day.

It has always been a goal of mine to empower the female body both mentally and physically, by being a role model for the up and coming generation who is already suffering from negative body images and low self esteem. Through sports and fitness, the mind and body can make leaps and bounds and I feel that capturing the power of the human body is a great way to motivate others.

I am happily married with an adorable puppy as well as a baby and have a very supportive family whom I love dearly. Unless we have previously shot, on all shoots, I will bring someone to accompany me for the purpose of safety, make-up retouch, moral support, and wardrobe assistance. She is also very good with the reflector and I have found it helpful to have her on the sidelines as an extra set of eyes and hands. Because I am a nursing mother, my baby comes first. My mother or husband brings her in case she needs to eat, but watches her off to the side or in the stroller in the area of the shoot.

- Female 'super hero', like Wonder Woman or Catwoman shoot (don't have her outfit, but thought it could be very fun)
