I have been shooting for some time and I'm the former Portrait Group leader for a local photography club.

From time-to-time I lead independant workshops in which I hire one or two models to work with a group of up to 10 photographers. The workshops exploring light and posing techniques, interaction and etiquette with models and planning for sucessful photo shoots. These are fully-clothed portraiture, no nude, swimwear or lingere.

Models are paid for their time on these workshops -- the rates are not terribly high, but the call will typically be at least 4 hours, often 6.

I will want to do an interview and test shoot with models before I hire or recommend them.
