About Me

Update: I’m officially retired and left the studio (thanks cancer). In March 2019 I was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Through the miracle of medical science, my latest scans were clear and other than leftover neuropathy from over 100 rounds (and counting) of chemo. This makes me unable to feel my feet and very unstable. So walk-about shoots outdoors are not possible.

I’m a retired, professional photographer with 30+ years of studio experience. I specialized in portraiture, weddings and seniors and still do instructional work for studio lighting techniques with Supershoots. As a result, I’m now going to shoot primarily art but I love working with new models (fashion, beauty and glamour) and will continue to do so for a minor fee to cover studio rental.

Got an idea you would love to try?  Drop a note this way and let us see if we can make it reality.  We love trying new techniques and settings.

My MM portfolio is kind of eclectic - some new stuff plus some old stuff, no real theme but a balance of some of the different kinds of images you can expect to get.

TFCD/TFP possible for models with a unique look or for fine art photography.
