Grid question
I just bought the octobox and a grid from alienbees.... So question, how exactly is the proper way to assemble the grid to the softbox? I mean, it's all velcro, I've got that. But do you still put the softbox "cover" on it over the grid, or leave it off? If you put any diffusion in front of (covering) the grid, the grid will serve no purpose. Jan 04 08 12:20 am Link Make sure that you use the diffusion panel that came *with the grid*, not the softbox. The panel that comes with the grid has a thinner velcro strip which allows you to attach both the diffusion panel and the grid to the velcro strip on the softbox itself.
