Why Money is NOT Collected at Public Parks. This was added per photographers asking about it. You're Not Allowed to Collect Money, unless you have a Commerial Permit. I.E. Selling admission and food. Collecting Money is one of the best ways to get shut-down and cited. They could also confiscate the money, plus equipment. Do you want that risk? If you argue, they'll have a greater reason to cite you. There's some exceptions for money collection at Private Parks, If granted permission. But, usually for Public Parks, you'll need something like a Carnival Permit. Selling food equals Health Inspection and Vending Permit. You can see where this goes. That's why we only ask a Small amount before-hand to help cover expenses. The management does NOT allow for their name or address to be used. Please ask questions Prior to date. Don't wait too long. Even though the Dow fell 200+ on Fri, it's Doubled over 4yrs. Per last time, I felt the market was relatively high and portfolios should have been adjusted safer. If done, you should still be near highs. On Fri, I bought a little tech and retail. I like TJ Maxx over Ross this time, but would like a lower price. My forecasts are Dow 13100, maybe 12600. With the Re-Election and the verge of Unknown Higher Taxes, the Market has crashed to 12571, which was very near my earlier 2nd tier forecast of 12600. (The Healthcare bill is also a Tax.) Threatening to penalize the rich doesn't always work, especially when there's Tax Free Bonds-Muni's. A person could just put more into it and less into other investments which could slow economic growth. Tax Free's have already begun to rise in value. It's now more likely the Market could fall to 12200, maybe even 11800 in a severe case. But, right now I think it may hold 12200-12500, and there could be short-term bounce. Some stocks I'm following are TJ Maxx, Limited, Disney, Heinz, Altria and Apple. Some retailers may continue do well and increase dividends. Limited had special dividends the past 2yrs. Stocks...Appears to be in a high level consolidation. Even though the market remains relatively high, I still think it wants to go higher and wouldn't be surprised there was a subtantial rally. Some stocks that were oversold recently are First Energy and Microsoft. The latter reports earnings this week. Both go ex div in Feb. No guarantees. Jan 22 13 12:36 am Link Plans for Mar are moving as scheduled. Intial on line versions expected in early Feb. Stocks...Dow now 13825. Many portfolios are above all time highs. Even though the market may go higher, be Smart and take some profits. You can still hold some if the market moves higher, but 14k is a double top and a correction is possible at that level.
