November 26, 2010 11:03pm I teared up when I first saw this picture. As a child my first pet was a beautiful German Shepherd named Hanz. He was a best friend, protector and complete member of our family. Sadly he became very ill and passed away at only 4 years old. This picture brought back wonderful memories.
