Sublime (philosophy)
In aesthetics, the sublime (from the Latin sublīmis) is the quality of greatness, whether physical, moral, intellectual, metaphysical, aesthetic, spiritual or artistic.
January 23, 2011 8:51am Wow, this is mesmerising! I love the sense of mystery, the beautiful lighting on her face, the shadows, the expression, the mood, the colours, the whole styling... full of intrigue and culture... beautiful work all round!
Totally irrelevant, but I have to ask because I've been trying to figure it out... is that a little piece of spider web handing from her right eyelash?
