About Me

***We recently changed our business name from "Out of the Box PhotoWorks", to "Miller Box Photography"***

Photography isn’t just about taking a picture of a subject, it’s about creating an image which is classy and tasteful, I only hope my pictures reflect this. In the past 7+ years I have been part of Model Mayhem, my work has evolved tremendously. I take pride in what I create with each model and strive to communicate this in my images.
Although I have many passions for different shoots in the field, one which I thoroughly enjoy is model photography. I love seeing what the model and I can create and am inspired by fashion, fine art and beauty. My goal is to bring our idea to life, through artistic images. I love the creativity of artistic nudes, but no “porn” type shoots, I only want classy and artistic images.

I am always thinking of creative projects that will help make a models portfolio stand out and get noticed, which is why I work closely with my wife Pam. She is a wonderful asset and typically is the one who schedules the shoots and communicates with the models. She is my second set of eyes and catches things I might miss (i.e., tags, stray hairs, poses that may not be too flattering and anything else that may be a little off).

I expect the same respect I show the model. That being said, I expect the model to be professional and be prepared to shoot on the date and time we scheduled. Hair/make-up/wardrobe, should be set as previously discussed.
I do NOT reschedule anyone who cancels out the night before a shoot or worse, the day of.

Occasionally I do TFP work, if both the model and I can gain something from the shoot. Otherwise, I charge modest fees, and I offer a few different packages. Feel free to contact me for rates.
