I live in Boston. I've been shooting/printing since I was a kid. Over the past year I've trained extensive at NESOP, Maine Media, Santa Fe Photographic Workshops and independently. I am equally interested in the art and craft. My passion is shooting people and finding the soul of my subjects. I'm happy to shoot for your needs/vision or mine, as I'm building my portfolio and will do the same for you.

I've trained extensively in portraiture and lighting over the past year. I shoot natural light and "strobist" style (mixing ambient light with portable strobes and light mods on location) to get "studio" lighting in cool locations. I'll also work studio, but prefer small lights. More on this style is described here: strobist.blogspot.com I'm working to fine-tune my craft and style so I joined net-model and model mayhem to broaden my access to models. I also like to explore with other photographers who have similar interests. If you're not to far from Boston (MA/RI/NH) and looking to shoot or be a subject, drop me a note. I'm a very good printer and will be happy to trade modeling time for CD's and also provide a few prints of our best images. If we do a shoot, we can follow your vision or mine (likely both). I am happy to shoot to your needs, but also want to explore some on-location ambient/strobe setups.
