My name is KL Allen The Designer. I am the creator of Dyme Empire Brand which was created on March 14th, 2006 and now Perfect Population By: KL Allen launched on 11-11-11. Born in Florida where I lived my whole life I decided to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue my dream of become the next Top Designer in the growing fashion industry. What a great choice to move to "Hollywood South"

Perfect Population is a Ready to wear line that was created as a spinoff of original clothing label Dyme Empire Brand founded By: KL Allen. Perfect Population was created in 2011 in attempt to create a modern day line that fuses elements of 1950s style, present day trends, and futuristic fashion forwardness to produce one hot new line.

Perfect Population launched its first Ready To Wear Collection in Atlanta, Georgia on 11-11-11 at PERECTION- A Perfect Fashion Show drawing local and national media.

Since its release it has been featured on a national level reaching the national press such as Media Take Out, Denim Magazine, The YBF Blog and many more worn by a few TOP Celebrity clients.

Perfect Population strives to focus in on quality and style, creating wearable trends that are chic and fashion forward for the everyday man and woman.

Perfect Population specializes in Women’s sportswear, evening gowns, party dresses, men’s sportswear, casual wear and accessories which include sunglasses, handbags and footwear.
