I live near Memphis and travel quite a lot for work. Although it's tough, I take care of myself even when I'm on the road. I can tell you where to get a reasonably healthy meal in just about any airport in the country. I live in a very rural area, so always enjoy a chance to get out and experience new areas and new people. I'm a ham in front of the camera and this has become a motivation to stay fit and healthy.
