I am an editorial, advertising photographer having worked mostly in the equine world over the last eight years. I have been involved in photography for almost forty years. These last eight years have given me the opportunity to travel all over the US shooting many different clients. I have just moved to southern California where I am planning a more localized business with less travel.

I am skilled in PhotoShop to an advanced level. I am joining this group site to find models, make-up artists and stylists for possible assignments for my own portfolio as I re-enter the fashion field.

I have also put on several photography/PhotoShop workshops for other photographers, from beginning pros to advanced. I am considering doing more workshops and want to have professional models available that I can count on and trust.

I encourage you to bring someone else along to every photo shoot. This is a good policy for both models and photographers.

I will be looking also for models, hair stylists and fashion stylists in the high desert who would possibly exchange services to create a great portfolio for us all. Models, please read if we are shooting a TFP shoot

If you are wondering how I will use the images or how you can use the images from such a shoot, here is the answer to the following question: “What will you do with the pictures you take of me?” My response is this: All images I capture are © copyrighted in my name. I will sign a photographer's release to that effect and require a model release to be signed by the model.  Photos are for your use to promote your business as a model and my use to promote my photography business. I do not sell or distribute any pictures that I capture of models.  My portfolio is for showing my style of photography to potential clients and customers. 

In the event on your end (model) or my end (photographer), a customer likes the style of a particular photo for use in a project or for a job, I will approach the model with the customer's idea for that job. In such an event, we will decide on compensation for both of us.

Note: While I respect the creative freedom of others, my work does not include nude photography.
