Nature is my studio and my inspiration.
*Limiting the amount of TF I do. If we already have an arrangement or I contact you or if you believe you can add something to my port then by all means message me. Otherwise cash always works. My rates are quite reasonable and flexible just let me know what you're looking for and your budget and we will make it happen.*
About Me: My name is John Vance my goal is always to try new and creative ideas in the quest to make great photography but more importantly great art. I started taking pictures when my dad bought me a 35mm when I was 10 and haven't stopped since. I like to take photos of everything fashion, glamor, edgy, etc. I believe great art comes from collaboration and just as I have many ideas I want to experiment with and share I want to see what ideas others are experimenting with.
To Models: I believe my job as a photographer is to first ensure that you are comfortable and if there is time take the shot.
*I will now only allow a boyfriend/husband if they are a hair stylist or MUA or contribute to the project. If you have to have a boyfriend or husband, who is not a hairstylist or MUA there, since I know you won't be able to give me all of your attention, there will be a small fee of $50. So if you don't want to pay bring a female friend it makes the shoot run smoothly. I will always allow a female escort but an agreement is necessary for a male escort. *
Ultimately a good working relationship is about trust and if you can't trust that I am a professional then perhaps we need not collaborate.
To All Clients: I typically get edited photos sent out in 7-10 business days unless we have a previously agreed upon specific time frame. I'll shoot if it's raining, snowing, or in the wee hours of the morning if it means I can get "the shot" and I hope that anyone who wishes to work with me is as passionate about the project as I will be. I always put my all in every project no matter how elaborate or simplistic.
I would love to be paid for my work but often the chance to make great photos is it's own reward.
