Short Story:  My name is Dave Gaze...  My friends call me "Goose"

I'm a Starving Artist... 

I'm not going to put a bunch of dribble here that many don't read anyway. No ego here. You either like my work and want to be a part of it, or you don't. I shoot many genre, so I post quite a few different themes and schemes... Yes, I shoot Nudes. That doesn't mean I want to get you naked. Don't be silly. It's my job to protect your limits, not entice you to exceed them. The first Model I photographed was in 1981. That only makes me Old. 
I collected Playboy for over 30 years. I love tattoos and piercings. I love to travel often.  I have a valid Passport and a Go-Bag ready if you need me anywhere.

I enjoy being published.  It makes me feel like I actually did something that someone else thinks is cool, or appreciates.  Sometimes we never know.  It makes me feel proud of the models as well... they worked as hard as I did.

Long Story: 
My favorite models are not perfect. It's not about Perfect. It's about the Truth.
I'm always experimenting.  I'm always learning.  I like outdoors over studio.

When you view this portfolio, think: "Diverse" 

I enjoy shooting in the very fluid and uncontrolled environments, such as the beach or wildlife preserves.  It's really tough sometimes, which makes me appreciate getting that one great shot that much more.  I have a Studio. Studios are great, and they have their place in my work, but conquering the outdoors is much more adventurous and real.

If you don't shoot nudes, that's AOK, just respect those that do. Nudes are a small part of my work, and I'm shooting less as time goes by.  Why shoot nudes? Simple: The Art.  Go to any Gallery or Art Museum, or open any book on the Arts and it has nudes.  We have admired the female form to express our love for the arts for eons. To me, it's simply beautiful, packed with every emotion. But then again, some girls just like to be naked.   



               



Where is Hilton Head?  Just South of Charleston, just North of Savannah.
It's about a 2-hour drive from Columbia, Jax, Florence, Aiken and Augusta.

Escorts: Drivers, Bodyguards, Bag Carriers, Ninjas, et al: Girlfriends are cool as long as they act professional. If you bring a boyfriend or husband that is only coming because they are insecure or don't trust us to shoot, please bring someone else that will make you feel comfy. Tell me who you want to attend.  No surprises, please.
I know you might be all edgy about meeting somebody you don't know, or just talked to on the internet, but I've shot hundreds of models, and I don't hang sheets in my living room as a Studio. So, take that into consideration when bringing a huge disturbance to the artistic process. Talk about any concerns you have, and know that rarely do I allow Significant Others on the set while shooting.   






Try to have a little fun with it...  Live is too short.
