Since many people ask which way I work here is a short summary. I usually draw from reference-pictures since no model I have met lives in germany. I also draw live but my job didnt allow me to do this for a long time now. I get the reference pictures from the models or photographers and the higher the resolution, the better the result. More pixels = more details i can refer to, especially in the faces. I draw digitally in Photoshop and use my Wacom tablet for this.
I spend many hours for a high resoluted digital drawing and I can do it in many styles (this can be discussed of course, everybody has a different taste) so you just have to tell me your preference.
