Hi, welcome to my page!!
Since very young age, I had a keen passion and talent for sports. I was always successful and very competitive and conquered many medals in several sporting championships.
While I was in Brazil, I played professional indoor volleyball for almost five years, representing my city in many state tournaments.
I also played small handball and indoor soccer tournaments.
I participated in Track & Field activities, such as sprints, middle distance, long distance and relays. Jumping events such as long jump, high jump and throwing events.
My Mom encouraged me to attend modeling classes. While growing up in Brazil I participate in “City Beauty Pageants”. I won local pageants in 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001 and 2002.
When I was seventeen years old I was selected by a modeling agency in Sao Paulo, Brazil. I moved to Sao Paulo and leaved there for a few months when I realized that I was having eating disorders because of the negative impact of starvation as a model I decided to go back home, joined the gym and began to take better care of my health.That brought my happiness back to my life again.
I moved to United States in 2003. Since I had absolutely no family here I had a difficult time getting into sports activities again. I tried to learn English as fast as I could to be able to study more about my new home and blend in with my surroundings paving away the path for achieving my goals.
I began to get involved in sports and fitness activities again. I became more involved in exercise and nutrition. Within time my health and body started to show great improvements. I then decided to become a personal trainer, with goals of helping people change their eating habits, change the way they feel about themselves achieving a healthier life style.
I’m a very dedicated athlete, quick learner, competitive, organized, enjoy travelling and meeting new people. I have a passion in helping others and I love new challenges!
