Hi!

I'm Gemma and I'm a professional makeup artist based in Brisbane, Australia.  I have operated my own business trading as Embellished Makeup Artistry since 2005.

With over five years professional industry experience, and a background in the visual arts, I live and breathe my work - makeup is my life.


I provide services for and am experienced in the following areas:
Bridal, Commercial, Corporate, Editorial, Fashion, Runway, Events, TVCs & Film clips. 

Hairstyling available on request - depends on the look, but generally downstyles and simple or relaxed upstyles.

My kit contains only professional grade products from brands such as MAC, Make Up For Ever, Temptu and NARS, and it is always clean and extremely well-stocked.

I am available for paid work and very limited TF* (beauty/fashion) work, only if I have creative input, and it will greatly benefit my portfolio and I am working with a team that is professional, organised and committed to the task but creatives who also enjoy a bit of fun. 

For TF* work I require high resolution files suitable for printing, to be received within a month of the shoot.

I do not accept TF* for commercial ventures. If you are just starting out or on a low budget my testing rates are reasonable, please message with information on the job for more details.
