About MeI am a physically disabled, professional, and prize-winning photographer who has been exhibited. I donate all profits from the sales of my work to Doctors without Borders. I specialize in landscape, model, still-life, and abstract photography. I am trained in art history, techniques and appreciation. Until recently, I was also a painter. I am interested in applying classical forms, poses and motifs to modern photography. And, I am interested in working with models who are serious, responsible, and willing to collaborate with me in creating artistic, classical and non-pornographic photos.

I'm not, in general, a fan of male nudes in photography--too often the focus is on "the naughty bits", which, to me, weakens the overall artistic impact--but the simplicity of your images, and the muted, subtle toning you've adopted, creates a gentle, fragile mood, where it doesn't really matter whether the models are clothed or not--because the focus is on the spiritual and the emotional--not the physical. Bravo for stepping out of the box so successfully!!! :)

I like your work because it is clear, natural and distinctive. I find it appealing because you appear to do something very similar to what I'm always trying to depict in my work... and that's a sense of connection between the model and the viewer, via the camera lens.
What I like about your nudes is how natural they look. The models all look as though they are very comfortable being nude. This is a huge credit to you, as they obviously feel very comfortable to be naked around you, and being photographed by you. I believe that there has to be a great deal of trust between a model and photographer when posing for, and shooting, nudes. This comes across strongly in your work. Your models seem just as much at ease in your portraits, as they do in your nudes... even when showing full frontal. I don't mind full frontal nudes, but more when the image isn't all about the genitals. Sometimes I find a gratuitous piece of cloth, or a hand covering, quite distracting if the pose has no purpose except for modesty. Your nudes are more like naturism. They are simple, beautiful, gentle, serene, natural. They are more about the person.... regardless of whether they are nude or not. I like this style of nude portrait. It also appeals to me because it is something I would love to do more of.
