INTRODUCTION
To give you a little picture of myself outside of my photographs, I'm a twenty-two year-old graduate student. I'm a writer, with poetry and non-fiction as my specialties, and it's definitely my favorite method by which to create art. I also sing and act, and costuming and make-up are fledgling hobbies of mine. I love books, especially Victorian gothics, fantasies, and graphic novels. I also love music and fashion of the alternative and anachronistic varieties. I sometimes speak like a lady, and I am sometimes wildly inappropriate and sardonic.
MODELING
I must admit that I am most certainly an amateur in the modeling world, but I've loved the work I have gotten to do thus far. While most of my work has been in fetish and nudes, I hope to expand my repertoire using this and other sites, for I am far from a one-trick pony. At this point, I am willing to try anything once.
I have a particular fondness for art and photography that play upon darker and alternative themes – goth, tribal, Victorian, fetish, steampunk, et cetera. I love costumes, especially period ones (I have a wee bit of a corset obsession), and I'd love to do some more costume and fashion work. As a writer, I'd love to participate in shoots that tell a story or express an idea. Glamour shots are great, but I really want to create an image that evokes more than mere aesthetic appreciation. Make people uncomfortable, confuse them, get them flipping through their history books, make them hot under their collars.
I want to have fun with this, and I want to experiment.
