I live on Vancouver Island near Victoria from October to May every year.
I am based in Northern Alberta [Grande Praire & Edmonton] the remainder of the time. I do travel Internationally.

About Me:

Made up of a healthy dose of granola, a shot of Darwin and some say a whack of crazy good...I like to think of myself pretty much as a Badass Eco-Chic Geek.

I am full time on-location photographer and my style is a fusion of Journalism, Editorial & Fashion Photography, specializing in Edgy, Rockmantic images, with a penchant for the alternative. 

I am quite involved with human and animal rights.  I like to shoot with a purpose and love to illustrate peoples stories with my photography.

I love dark, raw & emotional.  I prefer contrasts of beauty & decay.  Often shooting in unexpected locations.  I also love stuff that is real...like pouting children, tear stains and people who live fearlessly.

I do very limited TFCD work but do offer a discount for MM members.  Having said that if you have a kick butt concept or think you have what it takes to rock a shoot - I would love to hear from you and we can go from there.  I would like to collaborate with models, mua's & hairstylists on projects that result in vibrant, thought provoking images. To me, collaboration is a team effort and I expect input from all involved.

Shoots are be based on my travel schedule and will include Edmonton, Calgary, Grande Prairie[AB] and Victoria & Vancouver [BC] and wherever else my camera leads me including yearly International Travel.

Easy-going, friendly and preferrably humorous people with their own sense of style, who are willing to bring ideas to the table and work collaboratively are most desired.

Models must be willing to keep things light but focused, fun but professional.  I am the farthest thing from high maintenance or demanding and enjoy working with individuals who are the same.  Integrity is a must.  Self-driven is essential.

Body mods:  Ink & piercings?  Love them. Bring it on.

There is basically only one thing I am not cool with, besides the standard practices. I will NOT photograph fur, no, not even 'recycled fur'. Do not try to sneak it into a shoot - I will walk out.
