Looking to select some models/mua/stylist in Los Angeles ONLY to work with here at MM. Agency approved experience photographer looking to take fashion photography with the latest styles. Prefer models who are easy to work with. And we look for mua who handles natural look makeup. Need model who can fit in size 1 and 0 dress only. Prefer shooting on location with natural light and background.

Will be able to provide latest high end fashion boutique apparels for the shoot. Possible paid or TFP work depend on the model. Will want to take shoot approximately once a week. Take pictures in beach, park, alley, street, hiking trails to get the contrast we need between the subject and its surroundings.

Because we have to get approval from designers, we ask every model to sign photo release, NDA, liability waiver, and test shoots. The photo release is standard. For non-disclosure (NDA) because we have designs that still in development which not yet released to the stores. Liability waiver in term of on location shoot. And the test shoot is just allow us to know if the cloth will work for you. Please be honest if you won't fit into a size 0/1.

Escorts     (credit for KOOK)
These rules make sense. Especially after I saw how some of them can get really annoyed.

I dont mind escorts at all. I do have 3 main rules for escorts:
1. They cannot be a distraction for you during shoot.
2. If they're not helping, they can't be standing around on set.
3. They should know what the shoot will consist of, I don't want any overprotective boyfriends breaking my stuff (haha!). Only you, as the model, have the right to say anything at all. If you are uncomfortable with anything, say so.

Professional Courtesy
a. Please be punctual
  If you are going to be late to a shoot, please tell people. Otherwise you are just wasting everyone's time.

b. Communication is important
  If there are specific look you feel is important to you, please communicate the concept to us. Bring a picture with you if that helps.

c. Please be precise
  If you don't want photoshop work done on the image please let us know. Send a picture to us, that usually helps.

I accept friend request based on
- did you leave any note about why? Or if we have worked together before?
- for random FR add, I will reject based on the reason if I think there is no chance for us to work together.
- I will also accept photographer's request if I've seen how you work. Or if your port really impressed me.

I use my friend list to pick and select model/mua/stylist that I am most likely to work with.

Portfolio Model criteria
Agency quality or represented. No one under 5'8. Must have done testing with me first.

Fit model criteria
Looking for models who doesn't LIE about their weight, It is absolutely critical that we have the EXACT height, weight and measurement. If your body doesn't meet our criteria when you show up, you will NOT be PAID.

Runway/Promo model criteria
5'10 and up. 110lbs. Fair complexion.
