We are finaly all settled in, and I am looking to work! Next week my husband is scheduled to deploy to Afganastan, as much as that is going to stink, I will be looking to keep myself busy.
I had my first shoot in WA, and it was great! I was super happy to be doing what I love... I have really missed it.

Hello everyone, my name is Jenny (aka Sassy Looks). I am a Freelance Makeup Artist/Licensed Esthetician currently based in, but not limited to, WA. Born and raised in RI, I have traveled to CT, MA, VT, NH, ME and NY.
Starting at the age of 13, I was always trying to find excuses to do someone's makeup, whether it be for a school dance, or just a night out (or in) with the girls. Right after I graduated high-school in 1999, I attended The Warwick Academy of Beauty and Culture, taking cosmetology.
Since then I have done numerous weddings, proms and special events. I have also expanded into the fashion industry to help build my portfolio. I have found that I have a great love for anything glam/fashion, to me thats the fun stuff! I do not limit myself at all, I am open minded and available for all types of work!
I just recently finished my Master Esthetics course at Empire Beauty school (900 hrs) in Providence RI (just a heads up, I do not recommend this school to anyone... although, I hear the Empire schools located in states other then RI are better, but use your judgement!). So I am now officially a licensed Esthetician. The one good thing that I got out of my experience at Empire was... they brought in the instructor from Empire NY, Orlando Santiago. I learned so much from him, it was amazing!
My specialties as of now are... natural flawless foundation looks, artistic/dramatic looks, pinup/period looks, high fashion, and anything glam. My techniques are vast and I am able to create many beautiful looks through the use of my tools.
I use a top of the line foundation in all of my shoots. To me, my base is the most important part of the makeup application... everything else just sort of, falls into place after that.
**HAIR** I am also available for light hair styling! Although, I consider myself a makeup artist, I did go to school for hair.
**TRAVEL** I can and will travel, anywhere, as long as expenses are paid!
***TRADE SHOOTS*** At this time I am not doing trade shoots (including GROUP shoots). If I need a look for my book, I will set it up with the models and photographers that I choose to set it up with. If this changes for some reason, I will let you all know.
