Gisbelle, a 21 yr old gorgeous Latina opened her almond brown eyes January 8th, in Queens, NY. Since a child Gisbelle had always big dreams of being a Criminal defense lawyer but her true passion was becoming an actress and model. Throughout her childhood she attended numerous acting and modeling schools, and participated in numerous pageants. Her main goals were to do well in school and pursue her dreams in the entertainment industry, but on the way she hit some rough patches. Just when the future was looking bright for Gisbelle’s career she had an accident in school which left her paralyzed for nearly a year. Five surgeries later, when Gisbelle had lost all hope and felt her life was over. She miraculously regained movement in her legs, after tons of therapy she relearned how to walk, and we see the strong optimistic woman she’s become.  Throughout this process she lost many if not all the people she considered friends. To this day Gisbelle just remains very close to her family, whom she considers her support system, and chooses to keep very few people close to her.  Gisbelle is a very humble, grounded, optimistic and positive woman and likes to keep people with those characteristics around her.  Right when Gisbelle decided it was time to focus on her career once again she went on her first audition and was immediately called and casted for Nickelodeon’s hit summer TV show titled Queen Bees. Queen Bees, produced by Endemol USA that brought a group of teen "queen bees" together to live under one roof. The show was hosted by America's Next Top Model, Cycle 2 winner Yoanna House. The season one finale aired on August 29, 2008. Gisbelle became the winner and donated her winning money to the charity they visited. It was an amazing experience for Gisbelle that has opened many doors for her. Gisbelle has a bright future, the perfect mentality to take her far in life and we look forward to following her career.
