I'm looking to set up a small number of shoots right now, life's been pretty chaotic but I love this time of year and it's a great time to work outside
I'm a photographer in my early 30s based near Denver, CO. I've been shooting for ages but recently starting to do more portraiture. Just my landscape work, I like to incorporate interesting skies and dramatic light into my shots here.
Important
1) I do mostly work outside and often early in the morning. There's usually a very narrow window of time when the light is magical in the early morning. Showing up 10 minutes late is a big deal.
2) The weather is a fickle thing here in Colorado and you never quite know what you are going to get. I wish I could produce stunning skies and delicate light on demand, but some days it just doesn't happen. Many of the shots in my portfolio are from the days it went well, but there are as many days when it didn't really fall into place. I think I still produce decent photos in that situation, but they typically won't make my portfolio.
