FML***So, I'm pretty much dead in the water as of right now. My Mac fried literally last night. Some sparks, fire, pretty much the worst parts of the bible as far as Macs go. So now the only thing to do is work extra hours and save for a Mac Book Pro. (Come on Santa don't bitch out on me now!).
Sorry, but it's no fun for me either. Be back soon-ish . . . I hope.

This is me, (and the wife) and I know what your thinking. How can all that sexy fit behind the camera?!?! Well I'll tell ya. I had to shave that ridiculous thing off my face. Neat huh.
Definitely the new cat on the block, both in photography and location. I've been shooting for about a year now and moved to Chicago just a few months ago. I suppose I got into this because I gave up film for a while and date a model (Check out Jenn. She's most of the talent in the family. Mayhem #1134167). In addition to that my old roommate was a photographer, taking dope photos all the time. Including the above photo of me (I shot the burnt-out camper and the little chicken up there). I admit it, I was bored. It wasn't like a calling or anything. "I just knew I was born to do this!!!" hahaaaha No, it turns out it's a lot of fun and I don't think I'm too bad at it. However I'm sure others will disagree. But to quote The Dude " That's just . . like . . your opinion man".
I'm here just like everyone else, trying to expand my portfolio, meet people smarter than me so that I can steal their knowledge, mangle it and pass it off as my own, just as its been done since the beginning. Just kidding . . . Or am I ?
The truth is that I am fairly new and it would be helpful to me if more critique was involved. I've got a pretty good sense of humor so just about anything will fly with me however let's do it like this . . .
BAD CRITIQUE: “Your work sucks.”
GOOD CRITIQUE: “I think your work sucks because… .”
BAD CRITIQUE: "It's all amazing, good job!"
GOOD CRITIQUE: "I'm impressed by your work, the {X} is amazing because {Y}. Good job!"
Im open to shooting absolutely anyone, with any ideas, don't be shy.
I'm also a pretty cynical so don't let the profile fool you into thinking I'm some jerk with a camera, it's all in good fun.
Also I am more than happy paying models in any other currency than money, ie trade work for what ever you like doing, scrubbing toilets, bacon, and of course my love and admiration for not being a capitalist.
But seriously don't ask me for money or I'll push you down and spit in your hair.
