Awh your more than welcome and yes I'd love to share how I did it.
First of all I used the patch tool to get rid of any blemishes/marks then I duplicated the layer and added a weak surface blur. I then added a mask to the layer, filled it black and painted in the skin and then changed the opacity of the layer to about 50%.
I then saved the image as a PNG and re-opened it so I didn't have any layers and I player around with selective coloring to get what i achieved..it's just a matter of preference you can change it to whatever you like just slide each one right and a left a tiny bit and see what you prefer.
I then used the dodge tool on the eyeshadow/lips and then used the quick mask to paint in the hair and added a new fill layer (soft light mode) and made the it a darker brown..at about 70% opacity. I did the same with the eyebrows but at about 35% and then the lips at a dark red with about 50% and theeeen the eyeshadow to make it yellowish to look gold at about 25!%!
Lastly I clicked on the black/white square to bring the black the front then added a diffuse glow with no grain, set at about 2 strength at about 17 on the last option. And last last step I duplicated layer added high pass at exactly 3.0, set the layer mode to linear light, the opacity to about 50% added a mask filled it black and then just painted in the eyes and lips to make them pop! Sounds like alot, but once you get used to doing these mini-processes it takes minutes!
