Okay, I figured it's time to update my "bio". Alot has happened since March. In a little over 3 months, I've had the privilege of working with 11 local photographers, and I've learned so much from each of them. It's been so much fun, and I've met some amazing people. Some have become my friends. Someone did point out to me the other day tho' that I need to be careful, and make certain that the professional boundaries are well defined. Call me naive, but I didn't realize that there was any question about where the lines should be drawn. And don't get me wrong, no lines have been crossed in my situation, but I've heard stories, and I do have alot of people contacting me to shoot so here it is. 1. Don't think that I will automatically shoot with you because you have a camera, and you say I'm pretty, or you "like my look". 2. I'm a very friendly, goofy, and outspoken person. I like to have fun, whatever I'm doing, but this doesn't mean I'm flirting with you, or that we should go on a date. 3. I have alot of respect for photographers and what they do. I hear alot of stories about models flaking out on them, which amazes me. I KEEP MY COMMITMENTS. Please keep yours. Ask the people I've worked with, I call to confirm, and if I'm running late, I let them know that too, and most importantly, I show up. Things happen, but when they do, I try to give at least a days notice. Please do the same for me. 4. Modeling is alot of fun for me, and I'd jump at the chance to take this all the way, but I do have ambitions elsewhere. This doesn't mean that I don't take modeling seriously, or that I won't try my hardest to make sure that if we work together, you'll get the kind of images you want, as will I. 5. Finally, yes, I have implied nudes in my port. The images I have up, I find to be beautiful. I'm not afraid to be sexy, or to do implied, but I don't do trashy, and please don't contact me if ALL you want is artistic nudes, or if nudes are required in all your shoots. I'm trying to expand my port, and I think that slot is filled. I have a couple of photographers that I'm comfortable with, and will do implied with them, and feel free to ask me if there's something specific that you'd like to do, but don't assume anything, and don't be offended if I'm not interested.
My look has been described as "versatile", I suppose because my ethnicity is not clearly defined. I'm a "mutt". I've finally reached a point in my life where I am comfortable in my skin, and I see beauty in the mirror. I don't expect to ever get on the cover of Vogue. And nope, no big runway shows in Paris. I don't expect fame. I'm simply here because I want to be.
I will do TFP/TFCD if it's MUTUALLY beneficial to both of us. There are some things I'd still like to get in my port. I have yet to work with other models, and I would like to. I'd also like to get some rain and water shoots in. Any other ideas or if you're interested in shooting with me, please send me a message! I rarely bite.
PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT MY LISTS: "inspiration not duplication" AND "a waterbaby's favorite water shots". THESE ARE IDEAS I'D LIKE TO TRY. NOTE: I DON'T WANT TO DUPLICATE ANYONE ELSE'S WORK. PURELY FOR INSPIRATION.
I am: a MOM first and foremost, a student, an employee, and photography is a passion. I love taking pictures, but am not a photographer, and I love to model.

Please keep in mind that I do have children, and on weekdays that I'm available, I need to be done by 2:30 - 3 depending on location, unless I'm given plenty of notice to make arrangements for childcare.
Saturdays that I'm available, I need plenty of notice.
I'm available most Sundays, but I go to church, and wouldn't be available until at least 1. If that's not a problem for you, then you can certainly request a Sunday shoot
