I take a lot of time in creating my photos until its perfect. I can never re-produce my work twice exactly but I can do the same theme. My best work is going best off what is givin to me. I don't cut the model out of the photo and paste her on some kind of back ground. And I don't press a button and everything magically appears! You would be surprised on how many people think that.
