Rees Vandegrift

I have just returned to the US from a 6 month long, 15 country tour of Europe where I modeled in Birmingham, London, Paris, and Florence through several agencies. I am currently seeking contract-free shoots as I tour across the US in December and January.

I have been modeling for 9 years, highly trained in runway, experience in fashion and glamour photography. I have worked with a wide range of photographers in the area, helping out those trying to build their portfolios, and shooting with the best known photographers such as Donna Baldwin Agency's Bogdin and the nationally renowned glamour photographer Jay Kilgore. Recent work I have been in includes the Colorado Girl's 2011 Swimsuit Calendar and Mile High Sports Magazine. I am constantly inspired by photographers, absurd concepts, dance performances, nature, adverse weather, non-photography art, the shapes of lightening-struck trees, yoga, and other models. I graduated cum laude with a degrees in molecular biology and dance, so I am not your typical model. Professional, responsible, creative and intelligent add to outer beauty, and I believe it comes out in the quality of the work I help produce.

I have been told that I look like an exotic Cindy Crawford and I aspire to live up to that image. Some photographers say that I inspire them, others describe me as "muse"-like, many have told me I am the best model they have worked with, and learned from, most professional, etc. I have done everything from swimsuit shoots in a muddy creek, to playboy lingerie fashion shows, to artsy fartsy model-in-nature shots! I love it all! My diverse dancing training has greatly influenced my ability to strike unique and photographic poses. I view modeling as an art, which inspires emotion, passion, and adrenaline rushes.

I am not taking on TF* projects right now, but my rates are reasonable so please contact me if you are interested in working together. Professional, reliable, well-groomed models are not just doing this as a hobby- it's a job!
