Hey, everybody! Thanks for checking out my page. I love photographing ridiculously good-looking people, playing ping pong, Foosball, and reading. Want to work together? Here are the basics...
T H E B A S I C S . . .
What do you do with the images?
You'll only ever find them on my portfolio, period. You can do whatever you want with the images.
When will I get the images?
I like to give you a disk with the images on it on your way out the door so you can have fun reviewing them and picking out your favorites. Often the images on my portfolio are heavily post-produced, and it can take a week or two to get the finals from me, delivered via email.
Can I bring my entourage?
Feel free to bring an escort, friend, bodyguard, boyfriend, mother, father, best friend, best friend's cousin's mailman, whomever will make you feel comfortable. We'll probably get better shots if you don't bring your Father or your Boyfriend...just sayin'. I think the perfect escort is a girlfriend who might want to model herself and wants to see how a shoot goes. Please don't bring any snakes...I'm scared of them.
If you were hoping to date me, I'm sorry to have to break it to you--I'm happily taken.
What kind of wardrobe should I bring?
Take a look at my portfolio and you can see the type of wardrobe I normally shoot. Ultimately, though, it's up to you. Experience tells me you'll probably end up with pictures wearing 3 different outfits. Feel free to bring several outfits and we can go through them and decide together. Everything you bring should fit in one duffle bag.
Are you a weirdo?
Why, yes. Yes, I am. Thank you for noticing.
How does a typical shoot go?
Usually we'll meet for a fun, quick, totally casual shoot at a park. Once I determine you're not a total psycho (and vise versa), we can head to my studio nearby. Then we'll look at outfits and decide what to shoot first, second and third. If you're still learning how to pose, I have a big mirror and a computer monitor serving up different poses for you to try if you want. I think the ideal shoot is 60-90 minutes, and if you have time afterwards it can be fun to go through the images on a big monitor and choose our favorites. I burn you a disk, and you're on your way!
