Philosophy
Capturing natural beauty goes beyond what the eyes see and deeper than personal expression

Mission Statement
To maintain an environment of endless creative possibilities through unique
imagery while redefining the meaning of true natural beauty, self expression and
the discovery of the vivid dynamic of each model’s personality. To always work
within the models best interests with genuine intent of a supportive environment
based on each model's uniqueness building a pathway to a positive future.

Background
I've had an interest in photography since childhood and currently I am open to doing most styles since a lot of the models I work with have different looks and styles including alternative models that are doing punk, gothic and cosplay. I am open to many different styles since I believe that creativity is too dynamic to limit to any one style or medium of creativity and always seek out new avenues of creative outlet. When it comes to Artistic Nudity I do those rarely since I am VERY strict when it comes to concerns of maintaining tasteful looks and compositions. I do have separate release form specifically for Artistic Nudity shoot(s) which must be signed to clarify all conditions before starting. I also don't do artistic nudity with anyone on a first shoot so please don't ask if I haven't worked with you already since it requires a certain level of trust and comfort between photographer and model. I will not do a nude shoot without knowing the person first since mutual trust is involved before I will move forward. If it is discussed, will only be done AFTER reasonable level of trust and comfort can be established well in advance to see if our rapport is on the right level before initiating artistic nude shoots. Since I am making this clear in my profile for everyone read, its expected that all models honor these conditions since I also honor reasonable requests with each model that I work with.

Work Style
Generally speaking, my overall style can be described as permissive autocrat with a focus on being easy going and all of my shoots are about having as much fun as possible while staying on task to get the shots needed/wanted. From my perspective, the more fun and relaxing the environment the better the pictures turn out. Though shoots take some degree of seriousness and focus, this shouldn't inhibit finding the joy and fun in what we do. With this also comes an environment of mutual respect and reciprocity that works best when done with mutual effort. Since I work with alternative models often; any tattoos, piercings, body mods are fine. If its part of your personality/look, then you wont be asked to hide or remove them for any shoots and include them into any concept that we discuss. If it does become an issue for some reason, we can work something out of course (ie digital cover/removal) but generally it hasn't been a major issue that has stopped any work I've done with models. So if you already have, or will have, tattoos, piercings etc....they are a welcome addition to expressing your personality in any work we do together and always look forward to trading tattoo stories. Escorts are welcome on shoots if a model feels more comfortable having one and completely understand that at times, a model feels the need for whatever reason to have an escort. That said, keep in mind that shoots are still a work environment and if an escort adversely effects the work environment, that will reflect on the model just as much as their chosen escort.

Communication Information and Requests
DO NOT leave me tags/comments saying "let's work....check out my event...available on this date?" or any kind of variation.....if you would like to work, send me a private message and private message only which is the only way to get my attention so we can discuss details, concepts, etc. Tags/comments saying "let's work" or any variation thereof will be ignored and eventually deleted. This includes links to casting calls or group events that you may have. I may come off as sounding rude on this point but keep in mind, it takes just as long to write a direct private message as it does to write a tag/comment and a much better way to communicate with me if you wish to truly discuss possibly working together and since the message button is at the top of he screen and the tag button at the bottom, by clicking tag button at the bottom that means you at least saw all of the information I have provided which means it is up to you to read through it before tags/comments/contact therefore if my wishes aren't respected; immediate deletion and blocked. Tags/comments for mutual appreciation or for friends who are just stopping by to say hello are always welcome of course....but for any discussions on working together direct private messages are the only way to get my attention and receive any form of response. If you leave me a lovely tag or comment, you will receive one also if I haven't left one for you already

Tags and/or Comments
DO NOT post links to your site, youtube, flickr or any other site in tags or comments on my page. If you want to promote yourself through links that can be done by 1. Your own profile on MM or other networking sites 2. Through MM advertising services. If you post a link on my profile without reading through my profile first, that means you want to pay me for advertising since I do offer ad spaces on my website and treat MM (and other profiles) the same way. Therefore, when/if I see posted links or anything form of advertising in  tags/comments on my profile, by your actions you're telling me that you want to use my profile to advertise yourself, products and/or services that is beyond the link and you will be getting a msg/email from me detailing how you can fwd payment through PayPal. If you would like for me to view your links, send them to me in a direct private message along with any idea or concept you have in mind as requested when discussing any kind of possible collaboration if you wish to work together. As I mentioned earlier in this novel I have written, I am a very easy going person and find joy in what I do as often as possible and at the same time, expect people to treat me with the respect the same way I treat others with respect which is why I am so adamant in people reading my profile thoroughly so you can understand my perspective before contacting me.

If you have read my profile and have gotten down this far, the only way to avoid the fee for advertising links on my page if you send me a direct private message with "MM Rocks" as the subject and provide me info on the link as well as introducing yourself. Doing this shows a genuine interest in communicating with me and that is the reason why I will waive the fee for those who demonstrate a genuine true interest in communicating with me directly. By not reading my profile, essentially you're the one charging yourself for advertising since I've given you the  a way out of it.

TFP/CD
For those who request, I am currently working TFP/CD on a limited basis right now but will do still do them occasionally. Paid assignments are taking priority at the moment of course. Any current or previously agreed TFP/CD arrangements will still be honored and always feel free to ask or discuss it with me if you wish to work on a TFP/CD basis and will respond as soon as I am able. Never be afraid to ask, I promise I wont bite your head off if you ask nicely (and respectfully) and will work out scheduling when I can be available for a TFP/CD shoot if/when current scheduling allows. If I cannot schedule a TFP/CD shoot(s) with you right away and if we seem to have mutual interest and compatibility, the next available space I have for any TFP/CD will be reserved for those who I sense that compatibility from as far as what can be agreed on and mutual interest. Any model who is currently serving in the military or is a veteran will always have an open door for any TFP/CD requests so if you are among those who are currently serving or have served in any branch of the military....air force, army, marines, navy, national guard (including reserve for each branch) ....you will always be more then welcome to TFP/CD shoot any time.


Rates and Services
I NEVER have or NEVER will pay a company or group to be a photographer at an event or group shoot. There is never a reason for me to pay someone for me to show up and do all the work. Anyone who leaves me messages, tags or comments asking me to attend an event where photographers are asked to pay a "service fee" will be ignored deleted and blocked from contacting me again. There is no reason for me to pay others to be the photographer at group shoot or event when finding models that I wish to work with I can do on my own without having to pay such service fees at these events. If you do want to work with me for an event, be expected to pay me for my time not the other way around.

Services are based on hourly rates start with a two hour minimum for shoots/events. Flexible day rates are also available for those who want to save a little and pool your money with a friend/fellow model. Portfolio rates are available which include photo shoot time, prints, comp cards, photo cds and editing time. Currently shooting with a medium format camera giving you the best possible quality of your images for great pictures in your portfolio.  Please contact me through messages (NOT tags/comments) for full list of rates.


Cancellations and No Shows
Fair warning to my fellow MMers that I do charge a cancellation/no show fee for no shows and last minute cancellations. All photo shoots and meetings are now confirmed in advance via txt/sms service that require response to either confirm or request reschedule of photo shoots. Included in the message is a deadline that either a confirmation or cancellation must be received and if cancellation is not received by specified deadline, no show/late cancel fee of $200 (which can change at any time) will be charged to you. Personal and family emergencies are exceptions of course as well as extenuating circumstances that prevents from being able to cancel in advance. The full policy applies equally, but not limited to, models, MUAs, stylists, and designers.

This policy is not meant to be harsh or vengeful in any manner, just an unfortunate necessity to emphasize communication in timely manner and everyone has the opportunity for fair warning since its spoken of in my profile as well as in conversations during scheduling and finally in txt/sms messages that are sent directly to phones.


Modeling Policy
As of January 1st 2012, all models are asked to sign the new modeling policy acknowledging my expectations of each models behavior and professionalism on photo shoots. The policy also covers the cancellation policy just referred to giving each model yet another chance to read, understand and acknowledge cancellation policy as well as general guidelines. Though it is not mandatory at this time for each model I work with to sign, it is a request for each model to sign to ensure that everything is understood in full before photo shoots begin. A copy of the policy is available at anytime and can be changed or updated at any given time. I appreciate everyone's understanding and cooperation.
