NOTE: I do not pay models. For the time being, my photographic activity is purely for the pleasure of creating, and I engage on it when there's some free time from my other endeavors.
I've been taking photos for more than 10 years. Among the myriad influences which have taken part in the development of my aesthetic I count the work of David Hamilton, Ellen von Unwerth, Helmut Newton, Man Ray, Nan Goldin, Irving Penn, Roy Stuart, Nobuyoshi Araki, Francesca Woodman, Jan Saudek, Hans Bellmer, Toshio Saeki and Egon Schiele.
I like using ambient light and natural poses, somehow trying to reveal the personality of the subject or space being captured. Oh and I love grain, even the digital one. Those megazillion pixel photos with hyperresolution are not really my cup of tea. I'm looking for emotion, imperfection, desire, sadness, lust, hope, innocence, evil, love and fear.
As much as I love fashion, I'm not just merely interested in shooting beautiful bodies wearing beautiful clothes, but portraying intense and unforgettable personalities.
Being primarily a screenwriter/filmmaker, I would like to tell captivating stories with the images we create together.
