Hi Julie,
My name is Cherelle Cruz, the model coordinator of Helium Fashion magazine.
Helium Magazine will be holding auditions on November 6th and 7th to find models for our upcoming print work and Elemental Fashion Show. Like the fashion designers that we showcase on our website, Helium is looking to feature local talent regardless of experience. Models will be needed for styles ranging from couture to bikini to street wear. Rebounding off of the success of the Atomic Fashion Show, Helium is looking to double the size of the Elemental Fashion Show; featuring 20 designers and boutiques in a 2 hours show for 800 people.
Models who apply for runway will be asked to dedicate time and passion to preparing for the show; including attending practices, run-throughs, mixers, and other events.
Where: Studio 2147X (2147 S 10th St.) San Jose Ca.
The door is located in the back of the warehouse. Times: Friday November 6th, 3-7 p.m. Saturday November 7th, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Helium Magazine and UGMX are also casting for music videos. Contact info@ugmx.com for more information. Times: Friday November 6th, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday November 7th, 3-7 p.m.
You will be asked to give information on any agencies you are signed to, your ModelMayhem and/or OneModelPlace number. Please bring a ZED Card, head shot, or portfolio if you have one. Bring a bathing suit (if you are applying for swimwear) and heals (if you are a girl). Only models from the casting call will be used for upcoming fashion shows and print work. All contact information from applications will be shared with Studio X.
