+ I am a 23yo newly graduated photographer. I have miles to go before I consider myself a professional, but I am currently happy with the progress being made. Subjects of interest include portraits, architecture, landscapes, fashion, fetish and fragmentation of subject matter. My affinity lies in the, dark, edgy, brooding, and antiquated aesthetics, as well as contemporary revisions of old styles. Personally, I have a strong love and association for most things dark/gothic/strange, but am more than willing and able to remove myself from that bubble and work along side with models' ideas and various subjects. There are several portfolios under my belt that address those things. My experience ranges over several years of both B&W/darkroom and digital applications. I have a preference for B&W, but love digital as well. Studio experience includes knowledge if lights, strobes, and shadow manipulation. I've also done the make-up and wardrobe for almost everyone that I've worked with. I love dabbling in creating looks as much as I love photographing them. I am hoping to build on my skills and gain more experience outside of the classroom setting that I've grown accustomed to, and to work with a wider breadth of people.
++ Right now, I am sifting through the back catalog of prints, images, and negatives to find the ones that best translate what my work is about. Progress is a little slower than I wish, but I look at everyone with great consideration. Let the resizing begin. =]
+++ I also have a budding interest in modeling, but I am very green about it and rarely find myself on the other side of the camera. I do believe that I have an interesting look that can translate well, in the right hands. The only hold up is finding the right hands to make it happen. Maybe that will change.
