DISCLAIMER!!: I'm a disabled woman with Cervical Dystonia and a slew of other chronic illnesses that are very all consuming. I am a psychotic, make up fiend and an experienced, certified Esthetician as well, so don't let the psycho part drive you away! hehehe! :-) I've been a make up artist professionally for about 3 years but have been dabbling in the art for many more. I am also an accomplished musician and love to make noise! I'm an extremely creative person and love to think outside the box. I also have all the product knowledge and skin anatomy knowledge to back up my artistry as well. I love making women and men feel beautiful and good about themselves whilst at the same time, teaching them how to get the same results at home with affordable products. I am passionate about my art and I am a completely, nonjudgmental and non-pretentious woman. I pride myself on my dedication to my work and the work itself. I am experienced with neutral, daytime make up application as well as more dramatic, evening, photoshoot/glamor application. I have also done some avante-garde work and special effects make up.
I'd like to meet artists on the same wave length as I am and collaborate/share creative visions from many different genres, drawing from infinite sources of inspiration..but ultimately from within.
I'd love to work as a make up artist for the every day girl / woman and teach the basics of getting your make up routine down effortlessly and without spending too much green. Wearing stellar make up helps to bring out the inner beauty of every woman and man because every woman and man is beautiful in their own way. I sincerely believe that and I would love to work with a female or male to help them see just how beautiful they really are.
Every daytime make up application session would include a lesson and instruction/notes on how to maintain your look on your own! This would for sure be a very fun and inspiring time ranging from an hour session to a more in depth 2-3 hour session. We'd definitely have to talk about it in every individual appointment. Then there's always the ultra glamorous, evening/ special occasion make up sessions that would be a bit pricier than the aforementioned, daytime session due to the extra time and make up products used. This would absolutely be a lush, exciting session and of course, I'd give you all my tips and tricks so that on your next special occasion, you can manage to bring out that gorgeous vixen all on your own!
