I'm Marie-Térese Cumberbatch-Syé. Makeup Artist with a passion for the craft. Originally I am from Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies. I am professional, very down to earth, and a Caribbean breeze to work with. Tolerance and patience those I have in abundance, even more than the jars, pallettes, brushes and vials of colour that I use!
I have been certified as an Artist by M.A.C, and have been in the Industry for over fifteen years. That's long enough to see the transformation of makeup trends and the upgrade of cosmetics. Electronics have gone HD, and so has foundation!
I enjoy making people feel and look beautiful. With every brush stroke of colour that I apply from my colour palletes, comes and immense satisfaction as my talent transforms itself into art! I just love what I do! There is no question about it.
I chose to sign on to Model Mayhem through the advice of a good friend of mine who is a very talented Photographer in New York: - Zowis Camera (MM #769668), since it is a fabulous place to meet and connect easily with professionals in the industry. I have observed the many tasteful ways that photographers and models showcase their work on this site, and this has proved to be an incentive to me to want to be listed. Standards must be set and maintained always. It is my desire to work with individuals in this industry who are professional and competent. I also appreciate those photographers who deliver images in a timely fashion. Three cheers to you if you are one of those!
