First of all I don’t pay models for collaborative or experimental projects. I don’t need portfolio work, and I don’t think taking off your clothes makes you worth more. I am not on MM to make more friends. I am looking for creative colleagues. A lot of models say they don’t work for free. Neither do I. I respect what you do and I know it is hard work, what I do is hard work as well. I am not a horny guy with a camera that wants to look at naked girls through a lens.
I have worked with models for over twenty-five years and know the business. I have worked with super models so I am not impressed with beauty and glamour alone. I am impressed with something more subtle and hard to find, something that can’t be Photo Shopped; character. Some models have it, and when it is captured the images are amazing. I am currently looking for models who want to be captured not painted or digitally altered. Enhancement is one thing but most of the images on this site are overworked. More time is spent in post-production than on production.
My projects are often very dramatic and elaborate. Much like a movie set, often-on location and always challenging. (I am a professor of cinematography and lighting). Most of what I see is mimicry, copies of over used styles and technique. I want to develop adaptive pieces that embrace but not simply rework current trends. Perhaps if we are lucky, we can start new trends.

NO porn, penthouse, or sexploitation photos. I never push you beyond your comfort zone. You are treated with respect and dignity. We focus on creating great shots. They may be sexy, sensual, playful, dramatic, daring, provocative, or somber, but they will always capture your character.
