The more details we work out before a shoot, the better. ABOUT ME: Originally from Hawaii, I'm now in New England where I recently completed a masters degree in environmental science. I am an animal lover and a vegetarian. Modeling is an exciting and creative outlet for me, though I am NOT superficial, materialistic, or conceited. I appreciate beauty and great photography, but always keep the bigger picture in mind :) I believe that beauty comes in all sizes (including height and breast size) and everyone has assets. Piilani is my Hawaiian middle name, meaning 'climbing to heaven.' EXPERIENCE: As a child I modeled for print catalogs, as a teen I took modeling classes with an agency, and several years ago I modeled for a swimsuit store. I have some past training in dance (ballet, etc.) and am great at promotional work/ public speaking. I am focused and passionate, yet easy-going and take direction well. I can do my own basic makeup, hair, wardrobe, and posing. Photographers appreciate my ability to make the most of creative settings and props, and my willingness to do what it takes to get the perfect shot! BOOKING: Paid work offers are most appreciated and take first priority. Honestly the best thing about getting some kind of compensation is knowing that YOU are invested in taking useful pictures of me. I want us both to benefit. I am wary when photographers suggest 'test' shoots, since I take every shoot seriously. I have transportation, though I ask that travel over 15 miles be compensated. Trades(TF): VERY SELECT, though I will consider those that are special, such as with exceptional photographers, for a good cause, great opportunity, magazine submissions, pin-up, or if a hairstylist is at the shoot with no cost to me. Ways to sweeten your offer include: well planned/ unique concepts, gas/travel reimbursement, clothes, printed pictures. I also consider your activity on MM- i.e. do you network; post pictures/ avatars on your profile after shoots? MY APPEARANCE: My ethnicity is a mix of Asian and Caucasian, giving me a unique look and petite figure (size 0). I have natural, long (nearly to my tailbone) shimmery brown hair, light brown eyes to match, natural long nails, no unusual piercings or tattoos. My skin is a light neutral shade and I can use sunless tanning to get darker. P.S.
