I am an established, published, full time professional photographer with over 2 decades behind the lens. I have shot with and helped hundreds of models develop their professional portfolios. BUSINESS STUFF (yes, it really is a business)
RATES: Model portfolio shoots begin at $1000 per day. I will occasionally help models out by giving them a full day of shooting for my half day rate of $500. Corporate/Designer shoots are priced based on the usage of the images.
TFP shoots are extremely rare. I agree to TFP shoots ONLY when I believe a well-planned collaboration can result in significant benefit to all concerned. Sorry but the cost of doing a professional photoshoot is too great to do it free.
-- note that any TFP shoot will be marketed in some capacity to help me recover some of my costs of doing the shoot. If this is in any way objectionable, my rates need to be paid. Model releases are required on all TFP shoots.
