DESIGNERS I DROOL OVER (menswear)
Vivienne Westwood, Alexander McQueen, Etro, Gareth Pugh, Prada, John Galliano, Comme Des Garcons, Costume National, Lanvin, Givenchy, and Bryce d'Anice Aime. I would kill to work for any of these designers either on a show or print.
MODELS I IDOLIZE
Milla Jovovich because she's multi-talented, Tyra Banks because of her entrepreneur persona, Linda Evangelista because she's a chameleon, Kate Moss & Sarah Jessica Parker because they are oddball models.
Kate Moss especially because she's managed to enter the runway at 5'7" and I'm insanely envious of that. Me being a guy at 5'8", I wanna follow her footsteps. Kate Moss is my hero right now. And Aaron Frew. 5'9" and doing runway shows in Europe. I'm excited for Europe.
OUTSIDE MODELING
-When I was 13 y.o., I was a runner-up in Australia's "Junior Planet dance." In 2007, I was on "So you think you can dance" here in the U.S. In college, I was in a group of 3 dancers. And we won first place in a competition
-I love singing and karaoke contests too. I can get to the finals or semi-finals. Freddie Mercury is also my hero. His songs show-off my vocal abilities more and there's plenty of feelings in his songs. But I'll be honest; I have good days and bad days in singing. But practice makes perfect.
-I'm a drummer in an alternative/punk band "SHY TOWN KILL." We were on the radio 89.1 WONC and played 3 songs live. We play many live gigs, especially during the summer. I've also been playing drums since I was 13.
-I've been a registered nurse for almost 4 years now. I have experience in orthopedics and neuro. Now I mainly work with hospice patients. I do this part-time while pursuing modeling full-time.
I've been modeling for about a year now. I have some experience, but I'm ready for bigger modeling gigs. I wanna see the world. I still can't turn down small gigs, no matter how small. I just love modeling, period. And the thrill of runway in general.
