Born in Hong Kong, raised in New York City.  Charlie had always had a strong interest in visual arts. In photography, he sees the shadows, highlights, and color of the subject as "there's light or lack of light".  He believes an image should not just captures the attention of eye for now, but an image ought to communicates an idea timelessly.

His specialty is Beauty, Fashion and Still-life.
