I have been shooting professionally now going on 5 years, but I've been passionate about photography for nearly all my life. I am also what Model Mayhem calls a "Photoshop Wizard", and have been doing that for over 10 years.
I shoot all kinds of photography, including fashion, glamour, lifestyle, events, landscapes, architecture, sports, and products. I am working my way towards shooting for magazines, shows, print and online ads; some of my work has already been published in magazines.
I can't believe that I waited this long to get onto Model Mayhem! I joined because I would like to expand my portfolio, try new and interesting things, connect and collaborate with cool new people, learn, improve my skills, and share my passion.
As a founding member of the Marin Photo Group, I am big into collaboration. That's what our group is all about! I enjoy working with all kinds of creative people in models, hair, makeup, clothing, artists, etc. If you have a concept that you want to try, I am up for just about anything! My favorites are capturing images that evoke an emotion. Depending upon the situation, I will most certainly be open to do TFP/TFCD.
I shoot all over the Bay Area, but primarily in San Francisco and Marin; I share my good friend's (Trevor Henley of Henley Photography) photo studio. I am always looking, so if you are interested in working with me, just let me know! Besides, I just got a fancy, new, expensive camera, so might as well make use of it!!
My other activities include: martial arts (kickboxing, jiu jitsu, weapons: swords/knives/sticks), gymnastics, surfing, snowboarding, and hiking. I teach martial arts too, and would have access to a dojo for a shoot if needed. If you're interested to doing that (or other sports), I am looking to do a calendar.
